In last three decades spectra and energy of graphs are gaining importance in various fields of Science. Properties of Adjacency and Laplacian matrices are explored by various researchers across globe. In this paper, different graph energies of shadow graph of regular graphs are computed to show that these different energies of shadow graph are multiples of corresponding energies of graph G
